Bhavika Tekwani

I grew up in Mumbai, India and earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai in 2014. My career began with Capgemini where I worked as a software engineer.

After a brief stint in enterprise software & consulting, I decided to pursue my interests in data science and artificial intelligence. I earned my MS in Computer Science from George Mason University in May 2018. Some of the domains I've worked in include edtech, music, GIS, telecommunications and more recently, e-commerce.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am passionate about music, technology, ethical enterprise, politics & reading.

I currently reside in Washington DC and work as a Staff ML Engineer at Shopify.
